1. General Conditions & Account Creation

• Eligibility: By using this Site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.

• Account Creation: You may check out as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

• Educational & Spiritual Use Only: Products sold on this Site—including quartz crystal singing bowls and sound healing instruments—are intended solely for sound healing, meditation, relaxation, and spiritual exploration.

• No Medical Claims: GLOW with Rosie LLC makes no medical, therapeutic, health, or chakra-balancing claims regarding any products.

3. Product Specifications & Customizations

• Handmade & Infused Product Variations: Our singing bowls are individually handmade and, in some cases, infused with unique materials or gemstones. As a result, subtle variations in appearance, color, texture, and visual aesthetics compared to website photographs are normal, expected, and inherent to the crafting process.

• Custom Hz Tuning: We offer custom Hertz (Hz) tuning based on customer preferences. While every effort is made to precision-tune each instrument, minor tolerance variations standard to sound bowl production may occur.

4. Custom Orders, Final Sale & Return Policy

• Final Sale: Because our singing bowls are individually custom-made to order, all sales are strictly final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and processed.

• Payment Processing: We accept payments via Stripe, PayPal, Klarna, all major credit cards, and Afterpay. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us and our third-party payment processors to charge the designated amount. Third-party financing options (Klarna, Afterpay) are subject to their respective terms and credit approvals.

5. Shipping, International Duties & Transit Damage

• International Shipping & Taxes: We ship worldwide. For international shipments, the customer is solely responsible for paying any import duties, customs fees, tariffs, value-added taxes (VAT), or clearance fees required by their destination country.

• Damaged Items in Transit: Quartz crystal instruments are delicate. If your item arrives damaged or broken upon delivery:

  1. You must notify us within 7 to 10 business days of receiving the package at support@glowsoundhealing.com.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos/videos showing the damaged item and original outer shipping packaging.

  3. Upon verification, GLOW with Rosie LLC will work directly with you to arrange an appropriate repair or replacement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on www.glowcrystalbowls.com—including text, graphics, logos, images, audio recordings, product descriptions, and software—is the property of GLOW with Rosie LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

7. Informal Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration

• Mandatory Informal Resolution: Before initiating formal legal action, you agree to contact us directly at support@glowsoundhealing.com and attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy informally with our support team.

• Binding Arbitration: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, any remaining claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or our products shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), rather than in court.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you products or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
