Custom-Made to Order

All of our crystal bowls are custom made to order. Due to the unique, handcrafted nature of each piece, we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds under any circumstances, including change of mind.

Order Cancellations

Once your order is placed and confirmed, it is immediately entered into our production process. As a result, orders cannot be canceled, or refunded after confirmation.

In some circumstances, we may be able to offer modifications such as changing the tuning system or note. however cannot guarantee this after your order has been placed. If you wish to make a modification to your order, please contact us asap at [crystalbowls @ glowsoundhealing.com], and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging each bowl to ensure safe delivery. If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the damage and the original packaging

We will assess the situation and work with you to resolve it appropriately.

Do you pick 3rd or 4th Octave?

These bowls are physically much larger. They are between 8 to 9.5 inches. These bowls sing a full octave lower to provide a deeper grounding energy, anchoring chaotic thoughts back into the physical body.

Our 4th octave sets are tuned to 432 Hz, these are standard-sized bowls providing a centering, accelerating and uplifting quality to your emotional landscape.
