This soothing and nurturing sound bowl is here to help you forgive. Forgive others, and forgive yourself. It's calming, nurturing energy helps to soothe past hurts, let go of resentments and regrets, and release any shame and guilt you might be carrying. This is a beautiful lavender singing bowl to work with the lower chakras (root and sacral), where we store a lot of old emotions and attachments and hold grudges or shame. This tuning bowl is here to remind us that we can always return to acceptance, and forgiveness, that even the things that feel impossible to let go of can be forgiven and released, and remember that our wounds are the place the light enters us.

All of our bowls are available in any chakra note and frequency. However, some bowl energies work well with particular notes and chakras. Suggestions for this bowl are:
A (Third Eye), G (Throat), F (Heart)
Bowl Sizing
The size of your bowl depends on the note or chakra that you choose. 4th Octave bowls are between 5”-7”. 3rd Octave bowls are between 7” - 8.5”

GLOW Bowls are custom made to order. Please allow for 28 business days from order to delivery.
Your beautiful new crystal bowls will be packaged very safely, in packaging materials and each in their own GLOW crystal bowl carry padded case. This is a very secure way to ship these delicate items, however in case of any accidents, all orders are also insured!
All bowls will come packed in their own beautiful padded carry case, with a mallet/wand to play the bowl with, and a plastic O-ring that the bowl sits on for safety and best sound quality.
What's the difference between 3rd and 4th Octave bowls?
4th Octave Bowls are the “regular” octave of crystal bowls. 3rd Octave bowls are a lower pitch and deeper sound.
It is personal preference which octave you want to work with and which sound you prefer.
You can also mix 3rd octave and 4th octave bowls together in your set to create a wider range of sounds.

Which tuning system are GLOW Bowls made in?
Our bowls are tuned to 432hz as standard (the healing frequency of nature) however we can also make your bowls in 528hz (the miracle frequency of unconditional love) or 440hz (western standard tuning) depending on your preference. If you would like you bowls in an alternative frequency please leave a note on your order at checkout and we can customise your order to your preferred frequency
